In your historical recap of the Wildcat games please dont overlook some of Bruce Hill and T-Bell games from the 70′s. Or Tom Tunnicliffe’s games (heck of a QB), or the Notre dames game with a couple of seconds left and Zendejas kicks a 48 yarder into the wind to win the game. The image of Larry Smith meeting with the team on the final time out and he was smiling will live with me forever. Larry knew he was handing it to Max Z.
Makes “Rudy” look like nothing.
Although we lost the game the Tony Mason game against Michigan. We lost with something like 10-9 but I was so proud the the Wildcats that day. And the Michigan fans Booed their own team when they left the field. Unforgetable!
