As the saying goes, if you’re taking flack, you must be over the target.
The hard-Left website Daily Kos has just discovered the Article V initiatives. These initiatives, which include Compact for America and Convention of States, would use the Constitution’s Article V state-legislature-driven process to amend the US Constitution.
